I started Lilo with the vision to make buying and selling quality secondhand furniture exactly how it should be - easy and delightful.

Whether you are moving homes, renovating or downsizing, my goal is to make buying or selling secondhand furniture a great experience for the seller and the buyer.

How often do you get new stock?

We are constantly adding new stock to the site, sign up to our emails, follow our socials or keep checking the website!

Are payments secure?

Yes! We use a secure platform, Shopify, to conduct sales. You can choose PayPal or various card options.

What if the item is delivered and it's not as described?

We quality check every item on delivery and if it is not as described, you will not be charged. You may have an opportunity to negotiate the price if the item slightly varies, so you are in total control.

Can I view the items?

Some sellers may allow you to view the item however this is not guaranteed. We have checks and balances in place to ensure the item is as described and pictured so you can rest assured you are getting what is advertised.

Can I claim tax?

We are registered for GST and the amount of tax paid will be stipulated on your order.

Is it delivery only?

Some items are available for pick up and will be outlined in each listing description. If you are unsure, hit the Live Chat button and we'll let you know!
