Full Service FAQs

How much will I get paid?

You will earn a share of the final sale price. The share is based on the final sale price of the item.

$3,000+ You earn 55%
$2,000 - $2,999 You earn 50%
$1,000- $1,999 You earn 45%
$500-$999 You earn 40%
$250-$499 You earn 35%

If items need to be heavily discounted below $250, you will earn 20%.

Our share is used to cover costs associated with providing the service that you know and love, including but not limited to the storage facility and high class customer service.

When will I get paid?

When the item is sold and delivered, the funds will be released via PayPal.

Are there any upfront fees and charges?

There are no fees or charges for picking up, listing or storing your furniture.

Do I still own the furniture?

Ownership of the furniture item/s is transfered to Lilo once pick up has occured. This is detailed in our Agreement that is provided to you once the form has been filled out. For a copy of the Agreement, please email hello@liloliving.com

What happens if I change my mind?

You can cancel at any time prior to pick up. Once pick up has occurred, Lilo holds full ownership of the items until they are sold. It is important that you consider this prior to fill out the submission form.

How is the listing price determined?

We can offer a recommended price based on our research and data, but ultimately the decision is yours. After 60 days, if the item has not sold, Lilo, at our sole discretion, will adjust the pricing and/or offer discounts or promotions to sell the item efficiently.

Where will my item end up?

We will safely store your item in our secure space until such time it sells.

What happens if it doesn't sell?

If your item does not sell after 60 days, we will adjust the pricing to ensure a faster sale. We will notify you of the pricing adjustment prior to changing it. We reserve the right to offer promotions and discounts after this period to ensure the item sells efficiently.

What happens after I submit my form?

Once your submit the form, we will assess the items and email you within 24-48 hours of our acceptance and a copy of our Agreement.

How do I schedule a time for pick up?

Once the Agreement is accepted, you will be asked to select a date and time window that works for you.

What happens at pick up?

On arrival, we will carefully inspect the furniture item/s to ensure they are as described.
We will then carefully and professionally pick up your items and load them into our vehicle. Please disassemble items if they will not fit through doorways and stairs. We may not be able to accept items if this has not occured.
