When an item sells, there is no cost to you for the item to be picked up from your property. You can select whether the buyer can pick the item up from your property or if you'd like to utilise our delivery service only.

Do you buy the items from me?
We sell on your behalf, meaning you keep the item until the item sells.
How long is the appointment?
We are very efficient at what we do. If you have a house full of items, we recommend allowing 3 hours. For less than 10 items, we would aim to have this completed in 1 hour.
Do you price each item?
The pricing of each item is completely up to you. We will provide price recommendations on request and price adjustments if the item is not receiving interest.
When do I get paid?
Once the item is received by the buyer, payment is processed within 36 hours.
How can I keep my address private from buyers?
If you'd like to keep your address private, opt for delivery only, meaning the item will be collected by Lilo Living's delivery service. Your address will not be shared with the buyer in this case.
How does Lilo make money?
We take between 15-25% selling fee, depending on the item, of the final sale price once the item sells. We don't get paid until you do, so we are 100% motivated to sell your item for you.
We will transparently outline the selling fee prior to listing so there are no surprises.
