Is my purchase guaranteed on checkout?
Each seller has 36 hours to confirm your request to purchase their item. We take a payment authorisation until the seller confirms. We only process the transaction when we confirm the sale and our professional team is comfortable with the quality of the item. If we cannot confirm with the seller, the authorisation is released immediately and in the majority of the cases the funds are available in your account instantaneously.
We do this because it is the best way to secure your purchase, guarantee the quality and in the uncommon event the item is no longer for sale, be able to release your funds instantly.
Can I view the item before buying?
Yes! However, only some items are available for inspection. Please check the listing description. For those that aren't, we make every effort to provide detailed and accurate descriptions, all measurements and images and videos to ensure you are comfortable prior to purchasing. If you need further information, feel free to contact us via the live chat function or email.
Can I get a refund if the product isn't as described?
Yes! Every effort is made to present the product as is through description, photos and/or video. However in the unlikely circumstance that the product is different to what is described, please contact us within 24 hours and we will pick up the product and process the refund immediately.
