We only process the transaction when we confirm the sale and our professional team is comfortable with the quality of the item. If we cannot confirm with the seller, the authorisation is released immediately and in the majority of the cases the funds are available in your account instantaneously.
We do this because it is the best way to secure your purchase, guarantee the quality and in the uncommon event the item is no longer for sale, be able to release your funds instantly.
Can I view the item before buying?
Yes! However, only some items are available for inspection. Please check the listing description. For those that aren't, we make every effort to provide detailed and accurate descriptions, all measurements and images and videos to ensure you are comfortable prior to purchasing. Can I get a refund if the product isn't as described?
